Recorded readings are delivered within 3–5 business days. Written reports are delivered within 7–10 business days unless the offer states otherwise. Turnaround begins only after payment, a complete intake, and accurate required birth information are received. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
Astrology work depends on accurate birth date, time, and place. Missing or inaccurate information can reduce precision and may delay delivery while clarification is requested.
All sales are final because energetic and preparatory work begins from your intake and booking. If The Maternal Oracle must cancel, you will be offered rescheduling, credit, or a refund.
Live sessions are scheduled at least three business days out and according to current availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the session. Late arrivals do not extend the session.
Follow-up is limited to what the offer includes. A clarification means brief clarification of the delivered message; it is not a new reading, question, chart, or situation.
Intake details, chart data, family information, and delivered materials are treated as private client information and used only to fulfill and support your purchase unless you separately consent to public sharing.
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, shared, taught, uploaded, or distributed. Download access may be limited to the purchasing account.
Your place in a limited-capacity program is confirmed when the initial payment is completed. Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to every scheduled installment.
