The woman behind the work.

Before I was The Maternal Oracle, I was China—a mother, a caregiver, a protector, and a woman learning how to come back to herself after survival had asked for too much.

I am a mother raising two children here on earth and forever mother to my son, Phoenix. Motherhood has held my greatest love, my deepest grief, my fiercest initiation, and the clearest remembering of who I am. I do not teach motherhood from a safe distance. I live inside its beauty, its contradictions, its devotion, and the daily work of building a home where both mother and child are allowed to remain fully alive.

My understanding of women and children is also rooted in more than fifteen years of intimate childcare and family support, alongside seven years in public safety and 911. I have spent much of my life meeting people at thresholds—birth, fear, transition, emergency, grief, and becoming. My work as a birth and full-spectrum doula, astrologer, tarot reader, energy worker, and sacred motherhood guide grew from that same calling: to witness what is happening beneath the surface and help people find their way back to their own knowing.

The Maternal Oracle is where my lived motherhood, spiritual practice, ancestral work, and devotion to the future of the family meet. This work is personal because I had to live it first. I went into the depths. I learned the language of fire and water and I came back believing that at some point, healing has to become living.
